    "A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation." PlEASE do something if you want people to stay!!!! East and West for sure.

    Why do you think we care about the representatives at Prostrakan? We are happy to have a revolving door policy. Fresh meat, fresh blood. The pathetic will stay and the good reps with dignity will find better opportunities. Get in the real world! You are disposable!

    can you be more specific about leadership issues? I just applied for a rep job.

    If you applied for a position in the North East or in the West - run don't walk. The manager will come off as competent, agreeable and pleasant. This will quickly spiral into a dysfunctional, micro managing, nightmare. The South and Mid-West mangers seem reasonable. The products are decent, but not without barriers to access, and the in-house people are okay. The sales force has lost confidence in higher leadership, as they routinely fall short on promises. A positive, motivating culture is greatly lacking. Overall, pretty dismal state of affairs. Would not recommend a job here unless you are trying to break into pharma, are unemployed or happy to be mistreated and abused.
