Sales Force Ideas - What Can Be Done to Change Course?

I can't speak to the promotions, b/c I don't pay attention to it, but I agree 100% with everything else. I hope Mr Higgins isn't too late; we lost a lot of good people because of asinine management decisions. Let's hope the remaining good ones don't leave as well.

 

where is Create Great rankings for march?

I don't see anyone getting paid for the contest. Any ideas ?

 

To start senior management could create a contest that is realistic and attainable. If no one makes any $ in the first wave of the contest it shows the unrealistic outlook and expectations of management. Really demotivating, what's the point?!? They are losing great reps left and right, this is going to continue especially given that most people will not make their POA2 baselines (again set at unrealistic levels) and not get paid once again! Maybe they are driving people out so they can dissolve territories vs laying people off. Next week will be an interesting week with the earnings call on Weds, can't wait to learn the 'big announcements' that will coincide with it! Hold on tight people!!!
