Oh not so, just follow the 'leaders' that brought you Essure. After all, they're still with Bayer imparting their business savvy to make it 'best in class'. And monkeys will fly out of my butt.

Essure was a bad buy from the very beginning for Bayer and completely changed the culture of WHC. The hot shots that were brought over from Conceptus were given free reign as JS rolled out the red carpet for their “leadership” and bought their complete BS hook, line and sinker. Anyone around a while remembers the reign of Shelly R. She and her minions flew into Bayer like they owned the place and are getting the last laugh. They sold Bayer a bill of goods, collected their ridiculous compensation for being “medical device” experts and created a division between legacy Bayer and Conceptus reps that we will never quite recover from. The price paid for the product justified hanging on to it until their was no hope. Whoever was involved with the acquisition made a terrible decision for Bayer and the entire WHC franchise and apparently from all the reports a bad decision for patients.

Paul Bedard the due diligence and owned the ‘celebration’ when the product was purchased and managed through the transition. He willfully sent underprepared representatives to the operating room putting patients at risk. Only question now will he be held responsible?

unfortunately this company can careless about their employees! Bayer has no moral or ethical conscience and could careless about the health and safety of those who used this device...Let the lawsuits begin! The aftermath will be massive settlements and major layoffs.. Thank you Bayer management

apparently the DB former manager from Houston still reads this board , I mentioned his 1st name and the post was removed. Give up some scoop on him, he clearly doesn’t have the skill set to be a leader. His days are already numbered at his new gig .

Everyone calm down. All we have to do is double the sales of IUS with no materials and we will make tons of bonus. relax. Everyone is SO thrilled and excited about double digit growth on an 18 year old product. It's like a party in every district.

The former Houston manager is bad news. Stay away, he pushes the compliance limits and will throw you under the bus to save himself.

The reps should no longer be wearing scrubs since they are not supporting cases. You are pharma reps. Pharma reps do not wear scrubs—only device reps wear them. Dress appropriately. It looks way more professional.

Hey Fashionista, how about you wear what works. Scrubs often allow you access to areas to see hard to see Drs during their downtime. I think there are bigger issues then that at the moment.

This thread is sadly funny. All the hype about layoffs and we are all still here. Scrubs and all. Clicking our Ipads all day and hoping for the best.
