Only the honest answer to one question would tell you whether you should come to Sun. The question is, “ in the past 12 months, what’s the field sales turnover rate” If their response isn’t two digits, and starts with a 3, then you know you’re being lied too.
Yeah, and the National Sales Director role was open for how long ? Big gap in leadership, all the way up.
Sun should get wise and offfer a pension. They would never have to pay a dime of it because nobody works here for 5+ years.
So true. But really, who’d WANT to be here 5+ years ? Sun is a stopover for the few with talent, and a one-way ticket to the graveyard for everyone else.
