Possibly. Massive changes that are involving Samsca, Abilify Maintena and potentially oncology.

 

I think Baker will be made an RD. just guessing...

 

What is the deal? Are there really big changes coming or just another conference call plagued by IT issues?

Conference calls with ZS Assocs and realignments to come. Will someone in corporate please "leak" what the future holds for my Samsca position? My wife takes care of our disabled son and stays home, I need my job and benefits. I would like to stay here, but thinking I need to spend next few months looking for another job before rumored layoffs and reorg??

 

No changes. On a positive note, Baker is moved to another division and under other leadership where he can do no harm.
We are stronger now with better leadership and direction as well as another drug to sell.
Don't forget about the ongoing trials of our current drug. If those are successful, we will be expanding.

 

If you are a manager, you should be worried. How many managers do we need? There has to be crossover all over the place and I know these hospital manager only have 6-8 people reporting to them.

 

This is why they continue to back fill territories that don't need filled because every RBD and DM want "viable" territories and more reps reporting to them. Dumb
