There is an open sales position in San Antonio. What is the manager like and is this a good company to work for? Thanks.

This company is in the process of being bought by Grifols. No one knows how many reps will be kept after the deal is finalized. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Manager is a bit controlling, territory is crap - company about to get sold to Grifols - is you have a job keep it - if you are unemployed - there are worse jobs to have but expect little from Talecris - management is horrid, training is pathetic, and morale is in the tank.

This is the forth rep in two years they are trying to replace. What does that tell you?

Look who's leading the managers. It all starts there and rolls down hill. If they don't know what they are doing then how do you expect the DM's to lead effectively. Ultimately how do you expect the reps to sell when direction is out of touch with clinical practice. Churn and burn. Run forest run. Old expensive drugs about to get older.
