Attending a meeting w/ Sandra is like sitting in the audience of an 80's sitcom...wait for the "applause" sign and you know the drill...worthless!
Sandra is a nice person. And clearly she is smart because of the trajectory of her career. She is also very savvy politically. However, her best corporate attribute is her ability(apparently) to "sell herself" to management. I thought she was very "showy" and not very deep. Her style of pharma "excitement" seems disingenuous at best, and demeaning at face value. As though if you act excited about regular work things then clearly you are putting on a show? And koolaid drinking is pretty much required of her team. Good managers but generally poor leaders. I envy her success, so apparently that is the persona to mimic. . .if you can.
