Just had my 1st phone screen today didn't get a ton of information. I have 7 years experience, can someone give me some insight etc? Is this a good job?
    - I was told 75-80kish base?
    -40k bonus?
    -Chevy Equinox?
-Was told its a very difficult job and takes over two years to fully grasp it?
-Was told they never have lay offs and pipeline is robust with products coming out yearly?
-Was told no micromanaging and very little admin work, also very flexible?
Any answers would be much appreciated!

75-80 is extremely high, based on people I know who were hired with your level of experience
20k bonus target and flu performance weighs heavily - find out what flu performance is in territory
    Correct on car
    Lots of admin work
Flexibility depends on manager and size of territory
Lots of passionate people in the sales force. Also, a lot of people who are looking to find something that will pay more.
    Best of luck!

75-80K base....ummmm yeah good luck there. That's high and SP is notorious for being the lower paid reps of the vaccine world. 20-25K bonus depending on position type. Chevy Equinox is good. It does take a bit of time to get up to speed in a territory. 2 years..depends on how well you form relationships with your customers as well. They have had layoffs (project horizon) and their pipeline...depends..some products recently licensed haven't been launched and some products won't even be sold by the sales force (PR5?). Micromanaging depends on the manager as does admin work. Some managers are very tracker focused. Those are the cons...

The pros are that work itself, selling a product that protects others, is fulfilling.

Thanks everyone, I was offered the position and all info was accurate! I was offered 75k base and everything else listed on this thread is 100% accurate I can't wait to meet everyone at the upcoming meeting!

I made it to the final interview with the RSD and there was 2 of us left, I happen to know the other candidate as we worked together at another company prior. She was offered the job and I couldn't be more happy for her, I will go back to my miserable job at Daiichi Sankyo. She has 8 years prior experience.
She showed me the offer letter and she was offered:
    -69k base
    -20k on target bonus
    -Chevy Equinox
    -401k match at 150% up to 6%

She said she was started at the high end of the pay scale, I hope this helps! Good luck!

They are offering more pay because they started losing reps to other companies that were compensating hardworking reps

I thought we were on a hiring freeze at SP? Yeah all the info above is correct, I have been here 6 months, tried to get my friend on but was told we are on a hiring freeze directly from HR.

I was the original poster of this thread, I have been here exactly a year now. 69k base is correct, 20k bonus and everything else is also correct!. Great company and am very happy, I do think we are under paid though and Pentacel supply has been crappy.
I love my team and DM!

I am interviewing for a vaccines territory, are you still happy with the position? I know Sanofi is going through some hard times now and I am curious if the Sanofi Pasteur reps will be affected? Any info would be helpful!

Are you still happy with your job? I'm interviewing and I want to make sure things are stable on the vaccines side, I know Sanofi is going through some layoffs in other divisions.
