lies here hurt the credibility of all the people who have been telling the truth all along. this better not be a lie. there is nothing in the news about this. if this is a phony post CP should remove it.

 

CP would need to remove nearly every post. The vast majority of posts are not even written by dendreon employees. A large majority of posts are fraudulent. The majority of posts are written by short stock traders that will stop at nothing to hurt prostate cancer patients and dendreon employees. These posters have no conscious and no sense of humanity. They put the few extra pennies they can make on their short stock trades by lying here above all else.

You are on multiple boards deceiving people because you are an underwater long and want to get as much of your massive losses back as possible.

Steve also keep in mind that there are many experts on gambling who say problem gamblers deep down want to lose. You seem to want to lose. You don't know this because it's deep below what you know consciously. Still more than 6 months from a finalized deal, so too late to save the company by cleaning up the board. As others have said, this board benefits from failure, less time for everything to get exposed.

If the board benefits from failure then every day they are there they are not doing things in the best interest of shareholders. Johnson mentioned something about shareholders at the last call. I hope he was telling the truth.

Do not know but would like to know if he knows specifics or if his post is speculation. SB would definitely appear to be a person who would come forward. Former political wife who wants to keep up appearances as much as possible and testifying is better than being testified against. 4 people facing jail also sounds about right. If 4 is a true number I think I would know who they are. 6 people for restitution sounds right too. Hard to tell if this is just speculation or something more though.

 

Deal can be had by all 6, but worst 2 will have to do full restitution and 6 years (out in 2.5). Sounds light, but average murderer does 7 years in US (not by jury sentence). If they stay in denial and go all the way, they'll get nearly double. Middle two will serve some time, not so much. If the "middle" deals, then denial is going to be hard and they should just all sign the papers, do their time and live happy lives as janitors. Gov doesn't want trials so there will be a dance around the papers thru the end of the year before getting tougher which will make "the middle" sweat. SB gets the equivalent of the old "celebrity deal" and can be involved with public companies in the future.

 

Thank you for the detail. The gov't doesn't want a trial, the defendants don't want a trail even more. The gov't can and will go to trial if they have to and there is not a chance in hell knowing the crimes of the the worst 2 that they would not get at least 10 years. Let them deny all they want. Those 2 are cowardly greedy monsters who will rot in hell.

Take the deal Mitch, give the money back, do a few years, get out, be at your kids' weddings.

 

He will never take a deal until the last minute when the pressure really is on him and realizes 6 is better than 12. He has obvious signs of narcisstic personality disorder. Doing the deal now could save the company, rid the company of all the criminals now and give a fresh start where the company could focus on sales. We know from the childhood bs story this guy cares about only himself, this guy doesn't care about the company, doesn't care about the lives he destroyed, doesn't care about cancer patients. He will wait as long as possible to haggle a month or 2 off his sentence and haggle a few thousand off the restitution. We are not dealing with a human being with a heart. He is a heartless spinless gutless animal and he will wait until the end to save a few thousand dollars.
