Could not agree more. Nearly a year since the serial liar created this fraud thread, just one of a multi-year series of complete fabrications, several of which have been permamently removed from the board. Obviously the only reason these total fabrications are created is to hurt the company.

 

There is nothing left to hurt. The company is a goner due to the criminal actions of its past management. The company as well as the individuals are responsible for those actions.

Is a company responsible if the CEO conspires with the board to promote wildly optimistic
sales projections until his program sell happens, then pulls them? Gosh, yes! Use common sense or look at the Qwest case.

 

I could not agree more. The only person breaking the law is the author of these malcious threads. Removal of the threads is the first step towards prosecution for libel. The real goner is the author, the company is doing well, despite all his efforts to falsely portray the opposite.

Thanks for pointing this out. I too have noticed that several of his malicious misinformation threads have been pulled as well. This one will probably be pulled as well. Pathetic that a stock trader would be so desperate to make a few pennies off any damage he can cause the company and our coworkers. We help cancer patients every day, but this person could care less. A decent person would try to help the company and would not be spreading malicious rumors.

Another private suit in addition to the SEC investigation. After settling one already it seems the company will also have to settle with the SEC to make it go away and possibly fight future private suits. Doesn't look good.

 

Wrong - that is the same suit that was settled with a preliminary announcement on March 18th from Dendreon. What you posted from today was the final settlement. Remember that you repeatedly claimed that this suit would bankrupt the company for over a year. Total cost to the company turned out to be only $2 million to settle the nuisance suit.

I could not agree more. Obviously the person has an agenda out to hurt the company through a constant stream of completely false and misleading information.

The company carries officers and directors insurance and is fully covered from any liabilities from any past actions of former management that were long ago forced out of the company by the new senior management team. The new senior management team has over 30 years in the industry and is known to be of highest integrity and has a long history of successfully launching new drugs like Erbitix, Procrit, etc.
