    but options limited and the few extras make horrible environment. listen to the voice, many programs lead poorly, directors leading projects they should be directing departments, buildings look the same but employees working hard to keep up with routine and limited free time not going extra, punching clock updating resume linkedin facebook blogging and reading this site, when you take away thought, engagement, ownership and ability to impact, moral is at all time low, what happened how did we get here give us something to drive before late
