From what i gather good people at company. My concern is non existing pipeline and the main competitor being OTC. Lidocaine and a really sticky sticky extra sticky adhesive. Sooooo selling tape?

I will be interviewing tomorrow. I know they have some other agents thru Sorrento, but I was thinking the exact same, concerns with only 1 product. Wonder how culture will be, that is always important!

That know how to promote off label and

Great reps with experience in this therapeutic area are not being considered simply because they are over 40!
    Pathetic.

For a fact, this is certainly not true. I personally know of for people over the age of 40 that have been delivered offers since yesterday.

I have to say when I was in Dallas interviewing, pretty much everyone I saw was over 40. I knew both the other candidates for the territory I was interviewing for, we all had very similar backgrounds, we did figure out that the person that had the lowest salary listed was the one that got the job. This got me thinking, when there is a contract position, does the client company hand Syneos a set amount of money for the contract? Meaning, client give Syneos $$, the lower costs (salaries paying) they incur, the more profit for them?? Or are people found and Syneos go back to client and get the amount of money they need for the people they have hired.

Stock just closed a $4.32 (after hours trading at $4.20). Historical low?
Again, this is a contract gig for a reason!
