That geography doesn't seem to be so tough for Mentor's competition. The bottom line is Mentor had a huge 4th and 1st quarter due to a competitor being off the market. JnJ then gave us a huge forecast based on that blue bird. Now that competitor is back and they are regaining their business. People aren't making money so they're leaving.
