Remember, to be a great HSBS, one only has to call on RTs, CDEs, navigators, Marge in the cath lab, etc., but no actual providers.

I have worked for many years at Boehringer with many different managers and directors. One question: when does the drama within the Pittsburgh executive team end so we can simply focus on our business with the support that we need without constantly looking over our shoulder? Serious replies only please. I’ve about had it. This region is messy

 

Same people, same drama. It's like a soap opera. the scripts and the people just keep getting recycled over and over.

Seriously so many mangers. They are all so cocky and condescending. Really? Look at yourself!

 

He makes it looks right sized to protect his job. The region is very heavy on FTEs. Too many HSBS and TBS! Most docs on call plans are no see.

 

Looks like we will be spending a lot more time together. That will fix the problems!

 

The Pittsburgh Region is like the movie Children of the Corn! Seriously, it is a region like no other!

 

Not getting your comparison here. Are you saying the Region is like a mediocre Stephen King movie from the mid 80’s starring Linda Hamilton?

The movie did do well relative to their budget. Maybe your comparison is actually for good reasons.

The survey should be very telling if people are honest. There will be many people who will be afraid that they will be identified. There would be retaliation, so people may give scores better than deserved.
