I’m a senior sales rep and my base is much lower than $120,000. It sounds like I’ve grossly underestimated myself.

Well if you are In the OBU you were promised promotion after 2 years, then they promoted all of us to sales 3 without the added $$$. So now we have to wait till next year...gotta love the transparency.

Right. It's bc KK Fucked it up straight out the gate not giving those with well earned experience an appropriate title and salary

According to Glassdoor 84.5K!?!? That's absurd!

This is more than generous for someone with 2 years experience. There are rare disease reps who have been doing this for up to 20 years. Their salaries will be be much higher. Assuming you are getting a 3% raise for the next 20 years, you're over 160k.

The glaring difference is the hiring salaries of the men vs the women since the Perry/KK regime came in. Don’t believe me? Ask and compare for yourselves, ladies. Horrific.
