Severance package

I survived this round but would like to know what kind of severance package was given to those who didn’t make it. Any ideas on what you heard out there?

 

10 weeks plus 1 additional week per years of service.

 

Im curious what RBMs and ASDs got. Any idea?

You are 100% correct that we are “doomed’” However, the least of the problems are the posts on here. It’s the weak big pharma Mgmt that’s sinking the ship.

 

They are no longer giving severance. They are just going to kick your sorry ass to the curb.

 

Leadership does not believe in accountability. They slip & slide and try to roll the ball down hill with everything.

 

So now that this will be real, what’s the true Severance look like?

Ok now that this is obviously real what does Sunovion truly throw up as severance? Save the amateur hour replies!

 

For the last round of cutbacks it was 10 weeks plus 1 week for each year of service. Good luck.

 

A standard email of good luck and good bye plus a sunovion t-shirt. If you are a manager, you also get a sunovion backpack. Director level get a sunovion mug as a kicker.
