Sure, you are a small business! Until you return the $$$, you should be banned by docs and their hospitals. Taking money out of the mouths of truly small businesses that it was intended for.
What is your definition of a small business? As far as I know, the CARES act stipulated the size in employees and earnings to qualify a small business. I am sure they more than fit within those stipulations. Take your COVID angst somewhere else.
Called into a trauma case with one of my surgeons. He already knew of the Conformis loan issue. He stated he would avoid use and bring it up to both the hospital and his partners.
