We listened when you came in and said everything was broken but we knew your history at sanofi and portola we didn’t say a word

we listened when you told us you you were bringing in talent. We knew their issues with Celgene and others we didn’t say a word

we listen when you told us managers had to go and good solid reps. We didn’t say a word.

you have ruined so many lives. Investors have lost hundreds of millions under you. Patients can not get product due to you and your teams decisions. Employees had you and heather prey on them offering the bare minimum when terminated for no reason. Like you didn’t care they we’re family.

we were quiet but now the world knows what a horrible and incompetent and vile lying person you are.

I’m not sure anyone can stay silent anymore. You have ruined everyone life that came in your path.

Ironically Sheldon has told everyone dozens of times he doesn’t need to work. Now the entire investment community agrees with him. He should never work again

What's really sad is Sheldon will probably golden parachute out of here soon and then he can move on to cause chaos and drive another company into the ground. This wasn't hard to do with Esperion as they've been incompetent since Day 1. Tim M was a joke and the Board of Directors are all misfits from the bowels of the industry. Your precious Scientific Hiring Process and your deceitful unprofessional hiring practices bit Esperion hard in the ass. A classic case of "what goes around comes around". $78.00 a share I'm Feb of 2020 and now we're basically at a $1.00 and some change. We might squeak out to two bucks but that's it. This will be a case study for Harvard Business Review on Incomptence in The Pharma Industry. Well done Esperion. Thanks also to the posters who held Esperions feet to the fore for the last 3 years and letting the world know what kind of a company Esperion is.

Sheldon did the same thing at Portola and had little impact at Sanofi, he runs a model that allows a marginally talented person to laugh all the way to the bank.

Sheldon came in and wasted and I mean wasted money on buying consulting services from his buddies (brain surgery) in the many millions. Then brought in hacks so no one would stand in his way of decision making. BJ brought in all of her consulting buddies too. So they come with high salaries, spend a ton on consulting and still drive down share price 95%. WHERE IS THE BOARD??? Who can stop the Sheldon train to hell?

$1.31 a share is all you need to know about the aratus of Sheldon and his cronies decisions over the last 2 years. Absolutely criminal.
