I heard a class action suit by shareholders is being instituted. If there isn't a mass layoff or outright sale or spin of OBU and NBU shareholders and hedge funds managers will sue for $Billions$.

 

First, if a class action were in the works it would be announced, so you've "heard" nothing. This sort of post suggests to our lousy leaders that everything on CP is posted by infants. What is true is that Shire has at least one activist shareholder with a good chunk of stock. If there is any hope of change it comes from an actual businessman/activist, as opposed to FO, who wants a CEO and Board who actually know how run a Pharma company and see the deteriorating stock price and numbers as something a competent leadership could correct.
