Shire wants to be a Rare Disease organization, yet they are stuck with the mentality of reach and frequency along with other BUs doing the grunt work for an entire BU- OBU. Rare Disease is not being taken seriously thanks to this business approach. Starting to feel & look like Primary Care.
It's all the same skill set asshole.they feed you the BS about specialty, biotech, oncology. etc. it's all total crap. I've done them all. You're even less needed because specialist know more about your product than you do and sooner. Get over yourself you're no better than anyone else.
Bullshit. You're in primary care. Keep selling pills and let the grown ups do their jobs. Remember, reach and frequency will grow your business.
