Interested with the company but need some info:
    Neuro or Oncology?
What base and bonus structure should I expect?
Company car or car allowance + mileage?
    Vacation days?

Finally - will it be worth the move from another biopharma?

THANKS from an old school rep.

I recently made the move from another Oncology company and it has been great so far. Awesome management, people are real, rewarding IC plan, new car, solo territories.

Agree with previous comment... I recently made the move as well from another Onc company. It’s been great so far. Pretty laid back, good compensation , benefits, etc. new car. Training has been smooth and easy

ipsen. Do well, then spend your days chasing excessive goals in a disease the leadership has no idea how to forecast. It’s horrible

neuro is over 3 mil behind goal, if you are looking at neuro be advised you probably will get paid 0 on bonus for quite some time

What is the average pay in Neuro? Also, what can be expected in terms of training?

I was wondering too. I saw an opening in detroit/Cleveland. I don't know much about this place, but I'm currently in rare disease.

Run. It may have been a really great company at one point in the past, and will be sometime in the future. Now is a terrible time to join, this is the honest suggestion. Wait till the senior management changes and then consider. However, you may decide to give it a try and post here let everyone know your own experience. Good luck!

yes they sell you that its so great but rest assured unless you need a job and this is better than nothing you will be planning your next job change shortly after joining

Are salaries the same between neuro, oncology, and rare?

    Any pay details? Target bonus?

This was once a great place to be. No longer. Senior Mgt has no idea how to transition to a midsize growth company. Leadership has opted to pursue low hanging and worthless rare disease garbage. Oncology has completely drifted to into trouble and coming years will bring deep water they are unprepared for. All the best Science people are out -

Stay away. run far away. Horrible IC plan and no strategic direction
