Should I Stay?

I am looking at other opportunities. Do you think it is worth waiting for a potential approval? I did not come here to work for big pharma AZ.

 

Selling Brilinta and Epanova suck but we are paid very well! Who knows if ZS-9 will get approved? I say bide your time, there will be several biotechs hiring soon with some great novel drugs!

 

Which biotechnology companies are leading for new products soon?

I know about 5 people including myself who all told the hiring manager to lose our resumes! the second that merger was announced. What a fiasco over there. Feel sorry for you guys.

 

Plus the sales director is a nightmare! Micromanager!!!

The IC plan Sucks! Culture is slowly going away. It's all shifting into big pharma. Why can't the newly created division keep the culture? Why change the good parts of the division. It's all about leadership. Worried benefits aren't really that great. Vacation time Sucks too.

 

When we were bought by AZ it was inevitable that we would turn into big pharma. Since ZS9 may never be approved, it will just happen sooner. No reason to be here.

Looking at possibly joining Flexion? I am reading about the changes but heard merger fell through for the time being. Godd place to work? Decent pay? TIA!
