Sinking Ship. They are destroying Al Mann's legacy!

It is sad to be a part of and watch what this company is going through. Unfortunately in it's desperation the company has created a toxic work environment and as a result has alienated it's sale force. When our visionary died, the company died with him. They have destroyed his legacy and seem to lack a conscious of doing so. RIP Al Mann. You are missed but not forgotten.

Amazing that this company has Man and Kind in it's name. This is the worst company I have ever worked for!

 

Where is executive management...no where. No direction provided by business leaders, hr, or anyone. Good products require good business leaders to promote to successfully compete in the market.
