There are no buyout rumors, just 1 person spreading lies for 4 years now. SEC has multiple reports on file now about the stock pumping scam and Sonny Bals own shady business loan to Sintx that he is still making interest on to this day. No institutions or insiders want to own Sintx, as seen in their filings. That’s the only fact here.

Its not possible for Zimmer to not know about Amedica/Sintx between Dr Bal & Dvorak connection, Dr. Bal's tenure at Zimmer, Dr Hoffmann who was Amedica founder and Zimmer/Centerpulse surgeon for many years. Not to mention multiple surgeons that.primarily work with Zimmer running Sintx trials and Zimmer.donation of its IP so Sintx could develop its hip implant...a study that will be jointly published by Sintx and ???

What happened to your claims of Zimmer sending sales people to Sintx to help transition sales? They couldn't sell the product either.... One is back at Z demoted and the other off to another company.

Thats a nice story smoker but that wouldnt be Zimmer providing the liner for testing. Notice in the press release Ceramtec didnt PROVIDE the biolox femoral heads, meaning they were procured through alternative means like what you describe.

Furthermore Sintx plans to use this study for submission to FDA. That means it intends to commercialize its femoral head against a Zimmer liner. To do that it would need to setup a commercialization deal with Zimmer.
