Well they can't sell more because they reduced the force and what the heck do they need an MSL for. Oops that would be because the indication has been narrowed.
Even still, this more limited usage should create enough value for it to become used more widespread. Very curious as to what reason the Board of Directors think this didn't go as they had hoped.
