There are a few “errors” in this offer of yours. And I know many who have offers. Vacation is 4 weeks, 401k is 5%, they have not told us that we will have any equity in the IPO. I know many very good bases offered but unless you are in a promotion type role, I think your facts are bloated a bit.

 

I was told I am getting stock. 5% is correct.

I asked for the amount of weeks vacation based on my service time in the industry. I am getting 6 weeks.

My offer wasn’t that good but I did get a very nice raise. I was much lower in pay scale.
