Will NOT save sales or the company!

If you want us to give your sales, give us real tools! IMPROVE THE BILLING - CLIENTS HATE IT!

How about doing what every other out of network lab does.

Eliminate our entire billing department; send a patient a bill 2-3 times! The law states ‘must make a reasonable attempt to collect’. Nothing in the law says you have to send to collections.

All anyone wants is a concrete answer to ‘how much will this cost me if I run through insurnace?’ Seems like a reasonable request.

Ditch the collection efforts and grow the business with volume, alienating Doctors and Patients with making them foot larger bills has killed business.

Hire competent management (sales background) who’ll turn this into a sales organization not an operations or medical education company

That's a great plan if you want to go to jail. I didn't realize that I had a sales colleague that's this stupid.
