Although owned by Bill & Greg, Smart Pharmacy and Smart Workers Pharmacy are distinctly different pharmacies with different NPI #s, managers, etc.

 

I can assure you that smart pharmacy is still very much under investigation, DOJ has been hard at work with some of the doctors in my territory

 

Gerry Dabkowski is literally the biggest piece of shit on the planet. And the lackey he brought with him from Axium/Kroger (Geoff Menneto) isn't too far behind. If you enjoy heavy-handed, mean-spirited, micro-management from assholes this is your place.

Step 1-Bribe doctors, take them to Vegas, do anything to generate prescriptions, then fraudulently fill and keep refilling prescriptions

Step 2-Steal tens of millions of dollars from the government and private payers and live it up

Step 3-Use said millions for good legal representation when charges are brought.

Step 4-Maybe pay back a few million to settle claims and avoid jail time

Many physicians, patients and employees have been contacted by OIG, DOD, HHS, etc. This investigation started years ago.
