DataLink. You gotta love it. Now included in your baseline is shit you never were paid on in the first place. Perfect. In the meantime the asshole favorites who were paid for my shit once will enjoy a lower baseline goal. Can you say "JnJ is super fucked up?" And that is how idiots become managers.

Yeah, it is OK that Russ a varied career, was promoted and worked at different JNJ companies just NOT anyone who works for him. He likes everyone to just "stay" at Janssen.

Yeah, there is no "career" here for anyone. It is really just about seeing how long you can hang on before you're in the hot seat. Try to move within JNJ for some opportunity and see how much help Russ or anyone else gives you . Yeah right.

San Juan Capistrano is calling you like the swallows.

Writing for Pacific Standard, psychologist David Dunning explained it as:

In many areas of life, incompetent people do not recognize  —  scratch that, cannot recognize  —  just how incompetent they are, a phenomenon that has come to be known as the Dunning-Kruger effect. Logic itself almost demands this lack of self-insight: For poor performers to recognize their ineptitude would require them to possess the very expertise they lack. To know how skilled or unskilled you are at using the rules of grammar, for instance, you must have a good working knowledge of those rules, an impossibility among the incompetent. Poor performers  —  and we are all poor performers at some things  —  fail to see the flaws in their thinking or the answers they lack. What’s curious is that, in many cases, incompetence does not leave people disoriented, perplexed, or cautious. Instead, the incompetent are often blessed with an inappropriate confidence, buoyed by something that feels to them like knowledge.

Best quote I've ever read on this site. Eloquently explains a great deal about so many.

Why did you bring back the "Eagles" conference? To pretend people can have a career here that involves future promotions and more money? Opportunity outside of making sales calls?
    Just joking , right??

Will they ever start cutting again or just hire more contract employees? Do managers get bumped into rep jobs? Do they stay praying to get promoted again someday for the big pension?
