Does anyone see themselves here in the future?

Morale at Arbor is like vacationing as an American in Yemen. You're held hostage and possibly don't make it out alive.

Couldn't be said any better. Everyone worth anything was ran off or left. So glad to be out of this place.

Whoa whoa whoa....let's back the train up. Someone got some posts deleted. Arbor is like an oasis. Yes an oasis is in you're desperately trying to get into pharma and by the time you reach the oasis you are eating sand. Now if you're smart you'll network your balls off and get another job but given they only hire people that ask for extra insurance you guys are up shits creek.

Morale is great for the idiots that keep getting promoted after a year or so in their position. I mean with the great training department, after a year, everyone is a seasoned professional!

Yeah, spend a year with this company and they think you are manager material.

Seriously, it's ridiculous. So then these new managers have no idea what they are doing and run off any descent reps. No wonder this company isn't respected.

What I see is lots of new people being hired in the future. It's a revolving door here.

You mean Enterprise reps being ushered in...

Agree. Bad promotes mean bad management who then proceed to run off any descent talent

I see myself running away from here in the future.

For sure. Well said. One year and you're a manager. Two years and you're a director. Hell you might even be COO of course you aren't making shit for money.

Funny how the reps with ADHD completely change the subject. How is the morale at Arbor? It is depressing here. It also seems like there are a lot of people trying to make themselves look better than the next guy instead of helping each other.

The morale here is non-existent, just like the culture. In the NH group, the goals are unattainable, and they just keep going up. Now we get to earn less money for making even 80% of said unattainable goal. Only 1 district out of 11 is over 100% YTD, and only 18 of the 85 reps listed on the PC ranking report are over 100%. Doesn't that tell you something, Arbor? Your reps are discouraged, and a discouraged rep is NOT a motivated rep. You can expect folks to put in as little effort as possible for your cheap-ass company, because there is NOTHING here to motivate us.

He most likely had a rep tied up in his basement like buffalo bill he had to get back and attend to.
