Retention is horrible. Internal growth opportunities sucks. They keep going outside for jobs that can be filled with internal candidates. Something needs to change. A company should not have high level positions open. They should be filling it with internal. I mean really...CCO, CMO, VP of BD, VP of MM, VP of Sales, Head of sales for Respi, ED of NPP, ED of Latuda Marketing, SD of Daso. Absolutely crazy. Wake up sunovion.
It’s a real problem, there are too many senior positions opened at one time and no one seems to be qualified to fill them internally. Historically at this place, ill-equipped humans are used to fill these positions. Hence, the core problem of leadership at this company. revolving door. No loyalty. No succession planning. Very poor leadership development. Things started to slide about 18 months ago when the little short guy left.
Trust me on this one people, Home Ofice knows who and what Cafe Pharma is. They all have egos and they all read it.
Another Sr. Director in commercial resigned today. Poor management drove him away. Run for the hills. People are leaving because culture sucks and they don’t promote from within. Too many monkeys running around with ties wasting time interviewing for jobs they won’t get.
Another one down today, this time in legal. Wake up leadership! No management of Latuda. No management of Sales. No management of Managed Markets. No management of New Products Planning. No management of Business Development. No Chief Commercial Officer. Again, wake up!!!!
