So very quiet......,,

Its shocking how quiet it is. I have few people to call on and nobody seems to care. There has been no info shared regarding these horrific lists, moved/deceased physicians, storage units etc. the list is endless. What is going on up there?

 

Could be a shift in positions? INTERIM MK out, hopefully......HO running on a skeletal crew? We don't matter...and according MK during ATBM call, we really don't matter.

Well it's kind of true that, as a general rule, the ATBMs don't really matter. At least from a revenue producing standpoint. The number who actually drove business was pretty small.

 

If they create a position or move you around and around, they really need to give it time to show impact. We cannot keep starting over and over and over and expect to earn the trust of HCPs. We are already behind the curve when we walk in with Purdue on our card and Oxy in the bag. Hiring new people will not erase the legacy of stink that goes with the name.

 

The information and technology are broken and adding no value. Who in sales ops and IT are supposed to be supporting us???

 

That's because everyone is scared.
There's nothing to say. They screwed up.
Numbers are in tatters for H & B. Few reps will make money. With new alignment territory dropped 2%. That's not possible overnight.
It's all about targeting and criteria they used are screwed us all.

 

There is nobody at the wheel right now. It's obvious we have been cast to the wind and on coast until S launches. Even then, The targeting and way that we will be comped is so screwed up that there is zero chance for success. Ride it out for now but plan on being elsewhere sometime soon.

 

Many were fired for working a second job. My friend was selling pain cream on the side and was caught and terminated and lost his unvested 401K match and immediately dropped from health insurance. Don't do it you'll be caught and let go.

Timney really f'd up a well greased wheel. Any org that wants to completely dismantle or destroy their organization - hire Timney or any of his useless tools. You'll likely find them in hiding somewhere

 

While some of that is accurate, you do realize MT didn't work in a vacuum, right? It took a board AND a family to install that choad. It's not all victim all the time. Someone felt getting rid of Russ & Wendell & Co. was very necessary. And they'd be partly right.
