    Won't you make enough on the stock buy out to worry about coming over to the top heavy Novartis Oncology? 3.9B, I'm sure you're getting a piece of that!

    Not really. If you know the history, company is only 2 years old for field based reps. Even then, very small group. New group was hired in Q3 and buyout happened shortly after. No stock was granted to new reps. Even ones who were originally hired only had a few thousand shares. Not enough to retire. Lol

    More head count on the Novartis Onc side is uneccessary. Do you AAA people have any clue how many sales people there are. Hope you will enjoy call quotas, outdated technology, compliance ruling your every move and primary care management mentality.
