    So, at the end of the day, Xeljanz MUST be combined with a toxic DMARD to get efficacy similar to monotherapy Humira? Am I reading that PI correctly?

    Yes. Jelly Janz is a placebo.

    Well, we are growing! I get frustrated that docs won't fight to get it earlier in the treatment paradigm but at least we are growing.

    wait a minute, you're saying docs need to add toxic MTX to Xeljanz just to have it work as well as Humira monotherapy?

    no, but it is indicated for UC...wait for it....wait...at the 10MG BID dose! Finally, we can extend that dosing to RA and PSA and clean house.
