Within the next 12 to 18 months the whole distributorship network will be eliminated and the new company will be creating a direct sales force. So all these BS development contracts the distributors got the company to make will all be canceled out as well.

I wonder if this shitty company is still going to try and undercut competition selling soley on price.. they are screwing everyine when they offer 1800.00 primary and 4000.00 revision knees for a crappy system. Hope the new company doesn't follow this model

The large consultant deals may stay but the smaller ones that were strictly in place to get business will go away. I would be pretty nervous if I was a newly hired distributor or rep with a new consultant. Once Wall Street sees the books and they have to report things will change

The bracing is top notch and the joints are at least average but without paying the surgeons to use the product it’ll be tough to hold on to share.

And that is why we pay them. Name one big user that is not compensated.

Name one medium sized user that isn’t compensated.

Heard last night that any distributors signed within the last 12 months and any consulting deals signed within the last 12 months will be gone by the end of the year. The remaining distributors will get their commissions reduced by 7.5-10 points by years end. Have to get the surgical division out of the Red. It also sound like they may start prioritizing and slowing down certain development projects.

Any truth to the rumors of some higher level people leaving?

Replacing some large successful distributors and forming large mega areas? Midwest is a cluster right now. What’s the endgame?

Mega territory’s is coming your way soon. Getting rid of the old group and moving the AVP’s and their friends into distributor roles. Just the way it is

It may be the way it is but this will be trouble in the long haul. Guys built these areas and to just replace them is poor form. Bad karma isn’t good!

What about bracing? The joint guys are gone!

They are moving slower on bracing. Total joint guys are consolidating much faster!
