She will probably just tell you all the details of her sister's finances & then torture you with the details of their loser family. They are always hoping a rich relative will die and leave them all their money. Insight will just keep her long enough to do the Q and the K and then she's gone.

Darn it, no one posted anything. Some of us whom they let go are wanting to know details. Our friends that are still there have been theatened that they cannot talk to us. This is a fact. One was let go and one was theatened they would let them go. Caught them both emailing old employees.

Luckily this is both Anonymous AND a 1st Ammendment Right! They can feel free to post here, otherwise InSight is faced with a HUGE Wrongful Termination suit.

    Here's the latest update:

    1) Entire mobile (wholesale) division will remain in tact. Varcarolis is overseeing the entire division. All sales and ops management remains the same. Everything will not be touched as CDI doesn't have mobile.
    2) Insight Ops structure is mirroring CDI's (no surprise here). There are now a bunch of regional VP's. Most Insight Ops people have been retained. The majority of Insight Ops now fall under various CDI people. With the exception of Phoenix and Nevada (still under Wright) and Maine, NJ, CT, MA (still under Dichard). Southern CA, Northern CA, Dallas are all under a CDI VP combined with other CDI markets.
    3) Insight Sales directors and managers have all been eliminated. AE's will continue. Sr. AE's (if they want that distinction) will essentially become sales manager but the kicker is they also have to manage their own territory. So really it is a glorified AE position with the burden of also overseeing other AE's.
    4) All key executive management is housed out of CDI's corporate in Minnesota. The only execs retained from Insight are Blank, McKee and Varcarolis.
    5) They will maintain the Insight CA office as a satellite office to house some support and billing people, IT staff, etc.
    6) The CEO of CDI (who was also slated to be the CEO over all of Insight and CDI) has resigned. His name is Tomlinson. The Chairman of the Board (Baumgartner) will now be the new CEO over the entire merged company.

Managers and above just received a fat bonus. The "worker bee's" found out from some of the managers who are leaving the company. The amount given is said to be larger then any other bonuses ever given/received.

Why is a bonus disgraceful? Many, many AEs have been getting quarterly bonuses in the 5k-10k range per quarter for the past 2-3 years. Some have received even more than that Part of compensation for most salaried managers in any field includes a bonus plan. Bonuses have been really low for the past several years. This year it was more because the results were good. Next year, hourly staff will get a cost of living adjustment and a field bonus plan.

Good for Management +. EVERYBODY knows that the AE's do nothing more than deliver Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and try to dress nice, LOL! The AE's are a running joke in our company. "Hi, front office staff! No need to have me meet your doctors! Just wanted to drop off some fresh baked cookies and some referral pads! Oh, did I forget some of our cheap ass pens??" Hahaha... you fools need to learn how to work, because it;s the CENTER that makes the relationships with referring offices... not you. Idiots.

I’m speaking about the folks at corporate who haven’t received a raise in five years. Bonuses are not a disgraceful. In fact, bonuses are a great form of recognition, when they are deserved. What’s graceful is the hypocrisy of people in management. They get the recognition and give us a pat on the back while saying “Sorry there’s no money”.

Do you know if the cost of living raise for next year applies to us at corporate?

Merit based pay adjustments have been put into the budgets that are wrapping up now and being presented in two weeks. They will go into effect in April.
