I noticed the thread mentioning Bobs Big Boy's doorknob personality and poor interviewing/hiring skills was pulled. Was this his idea? I recall the scene in the Austin Powers: The Spy a who Shagged Me where a frozen Big Boy is floating in space and Dr Evil is ejected out of his ass. The analogy I'm trying to draw here is like most ideas or thoughts that come from Big Boy, they come from his ass. Or was it the mention that the one who hired Big Boy should be terminated because he hired this pile a crap along with the Beaver and the Kumbaya ditz? Either way I'm going to continue posting this $hit.
Whenever a mgr takes 3 months or more to fill a position , it shows a lack of decision making, must be hard to find 8 rock stars, what a dumb fool..,
