Whoever can't figure out that retention of employees is critical. Relationships are everything in this industry these days and constant turnover is a sales crusher.
Raise the salaries, increase benefits, and be a legit company that can hold onto their people.
Also maybe stop promoting inexperienced people into management jobs they aren't ready for just to save money! It costs us in the long run.

Anyone that stays with this garbage company for more then a year is an idiot. So many better jobs out there at reputable companies then to settle for this shitshow.

That was a manufacturing not marketing problem.

If that's true, it's pretty gross you would anonymously put him on blast on the internet with rumors and no proof. Have a shred of decency. Some things should are out of bounds.

Actually, it's not a secret. Get a few drinks in him and he well tell you also.

Unfortunately nothing is out of bounds on the anonymous internet and this place is not where decency can be found.

Decency ... no. Truth.... yes. Unfortunately the truth is rarely descent.

Agree. At least pay industry standard. I can't imagine how much they waste in training with the constant turn over.

Ez rx specialist. In general they are worthless but during POA time, even more pointless. Ours literally flew into our meeting, stayed maybe 2 hours while on her laptop, presented nothing, and then left. Great use of company resources.

Same thing happened at our POA! I was so confused why she even bothered to show up. And then she went on to brag about how she would be getting a promotion to a hospital job since her current position was being dissolved. No value! Way to reward drains on the company.

Some hospice managers prefer sloppy seconds.

There is NO way a company this cheap and worried about the bottom line would still be footing the bill for his living exspenses this many years later. If that's true, he is a genius and should give us all lessons on how to milk the company.
