    Hey guys, would you please give me your opinion of the typical comp structure for spine specialists working for distributors. Thanks. Much appreciated.

    Distributor get 30% of sales - you will be lucky to get 8%. Unless your bringing $2m in relationships or knee pads you will gone in 18 mos. Good luck.
