It's not fit for either. Training sucks, arrogant and stupid leaders. I mean really stupid. Run from this

Training? What training? The reps train themselves. They do all the work in the “training” classes. High turnover speaks volumes. It’s bad.

No sales data? How do you know what's happening? Sales credit?

There is sales data, but it’s 3-4 months behind real time and grossly inaccurate. In addition you’re evaluated on only 10 months of sales, at best. Grossly mismanaged. Would not recommend to anyone.

Backstabbing and throwing under the bus by a clique within leadership. The SSEs are mostly all very nice to one another, and even most of the managers are kind. It’s the higher ups that are ruining the culture.
Hello, leadership: If you have to constantly discuss the company culture and have a committee to promote or deal with it, it’s because you’ve created a failed culture. YOU are the problem.

ouch. Have to say my manager was pretty good. Very very smart knew the business and I always learned from him. People running the place not a whole lot of respect for. Total arrogance. Miss him still but need more money. Sorry

"Specialty" position? No - Nestle Health Science is not pharma. The GI division has pancreatic enzymes. If you are expecting another pharma sales position - it will not be a good fit. Wannabes but don't have an Rx portfolio...
