I can't seem to identify any aspect of IS that is running well right now. No matter what I try to accomplish, I run into roadblocks and delays every step of the way. There are just too many moving parts -- or should I say too many slow-moving parts. We work in isolation, each of us trying to find a way to get something done. Management wants us to be more efficient and yet they are unable to establish an efficient framework to make that possible.
