Top management will get their accelerated bonus again before bankruptcy filing. And many of us will suffer!

Akorn is moving money so that the executive directors and up can fill their pockets full.

They really don't give a shit about anyone else.
Only at Akorn, if you don't kiss butt like some men and women do, you are not favored.

No severance pay if you resign or terminated. Bankruptcy might be better!

If you’re smart, you should be in job interviewing stage by this time. Easier to have a new job when you have a job. Don’t play the waiting game!

Top management will tell you otherwise but it’s happening in all departments. People are leaving or terminated and can see no more light at end of tunnel. Manufacturing delays, back orders, FDA issues, bank credit extension, lawsuits and personnel shortage are minor problems compared to Akorn’s present condition. We’re on our last legs in this journey.

We have been on life support too long at this company! Time to pull the plug on this dead entity.
