agreed. med derm is dead. Ask any friend at other derm companies. All the same. Biologic market is on its way to being way over saturated and topicals are a joke when patients can get them compounded for much cheaper, get a generic or even an OTC that will get the job done. Expensive, no coverage, nothing making big waves in patient care. Time to move on. all med derm companies are rotting.

Agree with this poster. This is a fair and realistic assessment. Derm is dead. Nemo coming too late. Time to run fo the exit.

Galderma Leadership is nothing more than a cluster of armateurs who lack basic fundamental business common sense in aesthetic and consumer. We have no leadership to speak of and things keep getting worse. New joiners are a joke who know nothing about the industry we’re in. This place has become a circus show of clowns who bring no value to the company.

Each day that passes that the company doesn't implode on itself is more and more miraculous.

The derm rx side leadership is running this place into the ground...the directors are a total joke...the cc and micro managing are embarrassing not to mention the two faced individuals in those roles constantly talking behind people’s backs. You think they have yours you are an IDIOT

this place used to be an incredible company. It has since run itself into the ground, hiring egomaniacal leadership and backstabbing, self serving directors. There are so many HR violations that happen here, it’s disturbing. Run, run, run

Galderma is a living nightmare. The question is no longer “who left", but rather “who's left"?

Rumors from Europe are Galderma is losing big time and the business is falling apart since Flemming took over.

Under Stuart, I felt proud, excited, and motivated to do my best for the company and our patients. No more. I cannot wait to get out. Everything we had has been destroyed in less than a year. Sadly, it all comes down to leadership, and really illustrates the lack of it in our senior management team today. Maybe if Flemming & co tried to put our interests first, rather than their own, we’d have a future.

Galderma loves to ignore the HR violations of their favorites. Try to report some people and watch the inaction. What a joke.

Anybody with any awareness or soul left would hate this place with a passion...
Everything we built is being destroyed by leaders who believe they know better....
the key is to find the courage (it is like nawing your own arm off) to leave the cushy home office and fat paycheck...
Galderma is a toxic, dysfunctional place, and a waste of time to work here...
leave the money behind and get on with your life...in the long run, you will have a better future...

Don't EVER contact HR. You are working for a company that repeatedly violates employee confidentiality, ignores integrity, harassment, bullying, sexual advances.
They simply don’t care about you. Too busy saving their own asses and hiding away.

Does HR at Galderma handle or hide problems? Is it a competency issue or matter of refusal to take action?

Never tell HR anything you don't want management to know because as soon as you get off the phone with HR, HR is on the phone with your manager. HR will tell your manager everything you said!!

HR at this company is a joke. No more qualified than someone flipping burgers at McDonalds!

HR protects certain managers over and over and over. HR can be talked into anything to please leadership and this is the basis for the fear, toxicity, and favoritism that our culture is known for.
