Get the resumes out now. The upcoming STEM project is Teva evaluating the need for our jobs. This company has had successful launches and has met their yearly goals over the last few years. Teva is in debt. The managers evaluate us all the time. Why else would leadership spend money on an outside company to help us improve? The district managers have jobs devoted to our evaluation and improvement. This is their way of seeing if they need to keep us. Don't doubt it.

I will agree, this is a fact finding tactic. Layoffs are the goal.

Quit engaging with this troll. The STEM Initiative has nothing to do with what the original poster is throwing out there. You will hear more about this from Senior leadership on the Town Hall call this week and its simply to enhance our product growth as we move towards additional market growth with our 2 lead brands in Neurology and Psychiatry. Did you not listen to the Q1 earnings call or look at our brand trajectory over the next 2-3 years?

How will this 'enhance our product growth'? More like evaluate the effectiveness of a salesforce and make recommendations for 'changes' moving forward

Correct and you just answered your own question dumbass. Making changes doesn't always mean reduction in sales force size, like all these trolls that come on here and spout rumors talk about. They're just disgruntled ex Teva employees wanting us to suffer in their self induced misery that they jumped into a worse situation.

Corporate must love having all the division heads lying to them. These HCP calls per day that are being quoted on this Townhall, during this pandemic, are complete fabrication. Every single rep knows it. Managers do as well. No one is connecting with 10 doctors a day.

This was never addressed on the Townhall call and none of the managers know anything about it. I have offices that are not on board with this. Does the company know how selfish this looks to the providers? I got this question while trying to set up a virtual detail for this exercise.

Relax folks. This is an analytical thing marketing bought and probably signed the contract before this Covid all hit. The timing is awful and Teva won't get there money's worth but its just looking at metrics/messaging BS.
