Last company I was in did it this way too. Send out a team to “look at how we are delivering on message” then reduction in the team. My advice to HQ? How many people do you really need in marketing for a product that might get to 400-500 patients? You have a team of 5-6 plus countless analysts. That’s ridiculous.
