As an RBD, I was more than surprised he lasted so long. He had his annual/semi-annual Leadership Summit, useless.

Yes he was funny but he took it way overboard in his comedy routine and if I were Nick, I would have sued that racist.
They probably offered Nick a lifetime employment agreement to not file a lawsuit. Nick would have had 300 people in his corner and the company knows that.
