You can't figure out if they're doing it on purpose? If you're talking about comp and the culture...This is what happens when you get leaders from Stryker, and it's definitely on purpose. Look how Stryker compensates their reps. Look how they treat their reps. Look at their turnover. And then look at their stock. They've built a system where the cogs in the machine can be broken our taken out and the machine keeps churning. Hologic is trying to do the same. I predict the surgical division will be sold in FY 2018.
