Which insider is dumping? Insiders are subject to a blackout period around earnings, plus they have to file with the SEC.

 

Not really. The insiders don’t own enough to cause a slide like this. The word is out. Bad Company, lousy product, weak pipeline (there ain’t one), and horrendous leadership is being recognized. In the teens by October. (Maybe even sooner).
