100% return by August. On a fully diluted basis, assuming the warrants converted, the book value will be near $1per share on July 1st. This is a proforma number, but telling. The MA federal case will clearly be found in our favor, as federal judges tend to be more inclined toward central gov. power and the constitution than the libdem crowd in many of the white buildings around this country. It will be interesting to see what type of recoveries they get.

The science is not on MA, VT, and PA's side. Hydrocodone needs to be processed by the liver to produce a euphoric high, therefore nasal and transdermal delivery are not that rewarding. The real issues: addicts will know that they can take these pills without worry of getting toxic doses of Tylenol as with other Hydrocodone pills. The FDA is not going to pull a product based on this...this is why they approved Zohydro in the first place. You want to prevent kids from abusing any pills, make it a mandatory 1 year in federal prison for any adult who allows their opiod prescription to be used by a minor.

The FDA, Federal Courts, etc., know that this is about competitors and politicians attacking this company and drug because they cannot be defamed for their defamation. This may hurt the sales trajectory in the short term, but in the end they only need each sales rep to sell 100 bottles of 100 count on a monthly basis to break even on a cash basis. At that point you have a company with no debt, an approved product growing in a 15 billion market, and a positive book value. If this was a china ecommerce stock, it would be trading at 50 bucks.

I stated in another thread back in Jan/Feb that this company would not be around in a year, but that for anybody looking to have some fun trading stock, this company would be volatile and money could be made, which it has and will continue to do. Closed at under $2 a share today. Watch if it goes lower, maybe $1.75 and buy. It will go up again. Sell at $2.50 and watch it fall. Do it over again. Easy money.

 

Sorry, but companies without any debt, loaded with cash and with approved products in a multi billion market space do not go out of business...they get purchased. With the recent sale to Endo and the ability to cut non performing SG&A they have plenty of time to ramp Zohydro sales. Any rep that cannot sell 50 bottles of 100 count per month should be cut

who cares...those law suits are non starters. The pain medication is prescribed by MD's not attorneys for the manufacturers. Notice UDL labs/Mylan isn't on the list. These are cheap political attacks not based on any science. Hydrocodone/ Zohydro is not a problem, oxycodone is the real killer. If the press wants to actually save some lives they should blast the trumpet that Zogenix is offering cut rate prices on safes to keep the drugs away from kids. We have a parenting issue in the country, not a drug issue. Better/Smarter parenting would cut down on alot of the problem. Also, make selling Heroin to minors a capital offense and since we cannot get the nice drugs any more, bring back the rope, sword and bullet. There are probably more dealers in IA than there are in Saudi.

Thanks for the advice JIM CRAMER! But you still have 5 months to get the stock to $10 and be right. Of course, it does need to stop dropping and actually start climbing for that to happen. No "soaring" stock. OP must be an idiot, but it has gone up nicely today. 14-16 reps get cut Monday and stock is up around 40 cents today. Crazy!

 

Stock is only up because of the cuts. The next round of cuts coming could also help the stock price. However, it's all temporary. Either the company will sell or go under. Can't keep paddling upstream without paddles. Just keep swimming all you kool aid drinkers. Oh, by the way, the guy standing on the bank, his name is "Jim" and he has more kool aid for you to drink.

Yes, because of both - press release of ADT time line and announcement of cuts to stock holders. Don't you think the press release was a bunch of fluff? Realistic time to get ADT stocked on shelves 2016. The true question would be, can company survive that long?
