    Why does it keep falling???

Because we lost money, talent, distributors, specialization, motivation, leadership, trust, dignity, pride, admiration by others, key opinion leaders, customer service, desire, relevant market experience, hope and focus.

Why do you think they just borrowed more money in a secondary stock offering?

Market liquidity is drying up so the weakest stocks get hit the hardest. When the major investors sell out their positions it signals the institutional investors to sell.

Actually, the liquidity in the market is fine and the rally from the past six months is expected to continue for a few more months. this stock is correcting to reflect lowered guidance on revenue and ongoing expenses.

More like a correction caused by replacing the entire sales channel, and everyone finally realizing that the resulting effect on sales is going to be a lead bomb, completely unrecoverable.

There has never been a better time to be a Tornier competitor. The smart ones will savagely go for the kill.

What kind of stupid ass answer is that. The sales and stock price are doing very well. What kind of douche posts a dumb comment like that.

This answer is just as bad. Stock price is not good and not far from when it was offered many years ago. Subject to double digit swings is short time frames. Once miss and the stock will tank. Sales are not good. Both ux and lx are growing well below market rate and not showing any signs of turning that around. So, if loosing market share is a sign of good sales then trnx sales probably are good.
